CAN I BUY A GIFT CARD IN-STORE?
You can find Gift Cards at any River Island store in the UK, Republic of Ireland or Isle of Man (excluding Selfridges and Voisins). You can also head to selected Asda, Tesco, Sainsbury's, Morrison's, Boots, WHSmith, Clintons, Wilko and Gift Card Factory stores. Find a store here.
WHERE CAN I SPEND MY GIFT CARD?
Gift Cards are redeemable online at riverisland.com and in all River Island stores in the UK (excluding Selfridges and Voisins), Republic of Ireland and Isle of Man.
HOW MANY GIFT CARDS CAN I USE DURING ONE TRANSACTION/PURCHASE?
Except for in the Republic of Ireland, you can use up to 5 Gift Cards in any in-store or online transaction. Please note that the same Gift Card cannot be used twice within the same transaction.

No, your Gift Card may be redeemed for products only and may not be exchanged for cash.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED USING A GIFT CARD?
Yes, you can return items to any River Island store in the UK (excluding Selfridges and Voisins), Republic of Ireland and Isle of Man. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns in our international stores. The amount of the return will be refunded back on a Refund Card. Cash refunds will not be given for purchases made using a Gift Card.
